Sales Test (Business Version)


The Sales test is reserved exclusively to companies for use in sales/call centre recruitment and training. It is intended to evaluate the sales potential of sales professionals, telemarketers, business development managers, directors, etc.

Key features of the sales test:

  • The questionnaire consists of 75 short questions about daily and working life (duration: approximately 15 to 20 minutes).
  • The report provides a profile of the individual based on nine sales-related behavioural traits and three key dimensions (Field sales, Business development and Client relations)
  • It compares the results to eight predefined sales tasks (B2B/B2C sales, Telemarketer, Retail Sales...). You can also establish parameters for your company's Job positions (Thus, ensuring the culture-fit according to your organisation).
  • The Sales profile test is very helpful for recruiting sales staff for field sales or telemarketing (or) in evaluating a person’s sales strengths for training and coaching. Thanks to the Sales Potential indicator (sales score), you can immediately see whether your candidate is predisposed for Sales or not.
  • Another additional indicator the Social Desirability score measure's the candidate’s tendency to respond favourably to questions posed to him/her. Thus, warning the interviewer before-hand to carefully frame the questions during the interview.
  • Also contains a added feature, the Resume of the Profile which is a personalised analysis of the candidates sales personality listing their strengths, weaknesses and points that they need to develop.
